These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern Your use of the website at https://travelintomscoffeetampa.com (the “Site”) and the booking, catering, and text-messaging services offered by A&T Coffee LLC (d/b/a Travelin' Tom's Coffee Tampa) (the “Operator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an independently-owned franchisee of Travelin' Tom's Coffee (Mobile Coffee Company, LLC, part of the Kona Ice family of brands). By accessing or using the Site or our services, You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Site Use

The Site is provided for personal and informational use and to enable You to request mobile coffee catering services for an event. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it in any manner that violates applicable law.

2. Bookings & Quotes

Quotes submitted through the booking form are non-binding requests. A booking is confirmed only once we send a written confirmation and You remit the agreed deposit. Final menu, pricing, and on-site logistics are documented in the booking confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline bookings for any reason, including schedule conflicts, distance, on-site safety concerns, or incompatibility with the event venue.

3. Deposits, Payments, and Cancellations

A deposit is required to lock the event date and is non-refundable within 14 days of the event. The balance is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date are eligible for deposit credit toward a future booking, subject to availability.

4. On-Site Requirements

The Operator is responsible for the equipment and operation of the coffee truck. The client is responsible for site access, level parking, reasonable proximity to the event area, and (where requested) power and water hookup. If the venue cannot accommodate the truck's footprint or access requirements, the Operator may relocate or modify service in coordination with the client.

5. Weather, Force Majeure, and Rescheduling

Outdoor events are subject to weather-related rescheduling. The Operator will work in good faith to reschedule any event affected by severe weather, public emergencies, or other force-majeure events at no additional booking fee, subject to availability.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These SMS Terms govern Your enrollment in and receipt of text messages from A&T Coffee LLC (d/b/a Travelin' Tom's Coffee Tampa). By providing Your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our booking form (or otherwise giving Us express written consent), You agree to the following:

6.1 Program description

A&T Coffee LLC operates a recurring SMS program. Messages include both customer care messages (e.g., responses to support requests, ticket updates, appointment coordination, or follow-up communications related to an existing inquiry) and promotional messages (e.g., special offers, discounts, event promotions, and service announcements).

6.2 Sample messages

You may receive messages such as:

• “Hi! This is A&T Coffee LLC. We received your recent inquiry and a team member will follow up shortly. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
• “Hello from A&T Coffee LLC. We're excited to share a new promotion available for a limited time. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply.”

6.3 Frequency

Message frequency varies based on Your interactions with Us and active promotions. You may receive up to several messages per month.

6.4 Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on Your wireless plan and carrier. Please contact Your wireless carrier for details. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Us.

6.5 Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message We send You. After You send the message “STOP” to Us, We will send You a message to confirm that You have been unsubscribed. After this, You will no longer receive SMS messages from Us. To rejoin, sign up as You did the first time, and We will start sending messages to You again.

6.6 Help (HELP)

6.7 Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers but carriers may change supported networks at any time.

6.8 Mobile Information & Privacy

7. Intellectual Property

The Travelin' Tom's Coffee name, logo, marks, and trade dress are owned by Mobile Coffee Company, LLC and used by the Operator under license. The content of this Site is provided for personal and informational use. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Site content without written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's liability for any claim arising from the use of this Site or the services offered shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific event giving rise to the claim. The Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or the SMS program after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
